Custom Orders

For bespoke cakes, themed cupcakes, cookies, or anything extra special, please use the form below and tell us what you have in mind!

We require at least 5-7 days' notice for all custom orders and recommend booking early for special occasions. After you submit your request, we'll review the details and get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quote and availability.

  • Please complete as much information as you can - this helps us bring your vision to life!

  • Uploading inspiration photos is optional but very helpful.

  • For simpler cakes, cookies, cupcakes or other bakes, please order directly from our shop menu.

  • Design inspiration (colours, themes, styles you love)

  • Any messages or text to include on the cake

  • Do you prefer having leftovers, or just enough for your guest count?

Feel free to share as much or as little detail as you'd like - we'll work with whatever you give us!

Having a rough budget helps us suggest options that fit your needs without oversizing (or undersizing!) your cake. You can give a range like '$120-$160' or just say 'flexible.'

Logistics & Files

Please specify any allergies or dietary needs. We do our best to cater to requests, but all items are prepared in a kitchen handling gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs.

Upload inspiration photos, Pinterest images, invitation designs, or colour palettes. You can upload multiple files. (Optional but VERY helpful!)
