For ready-to-order items, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. For custom cakes and detailed orders, we need 5-7 days. If you need something sooner, just reach out to check availability. We always do our best to accommodate your needs!

Pickup is from Sunbury, VIC (address provided with confirmed order). Delivery is available to Sunbury, Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Diggers Rest, Bulla, Romsey, and nearby areas - delivery fee applies and is quoted when you order.

Let us know in your order form. We do our best to accommodate, and we offer some gluten-free and dairy-free options. However, please note that all goods are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts - so we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

You'll receive an invoice with payment details. We accept bank transfer, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and cash (exact change preferred). Orders are confirmed only once a deposit is received.

For standard menu orders, cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup/delivery can be refunded. For custom cakes and large orders, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a balance refund only (deposit is non-refundable). See our full policy below for details. Keep cakes/cupcakes refrigerated and bring to room temperature 1-3 hours before serving (depending on size). SMBC cakes stay fresh for 4-5 days refrigerated. Cookies and slices keep best in an airtight container at room temperature. Yes! Select your preferred pickup/delivery date at checkout or on your order form. Some days/bookings may fill up fast, so book early, especially for weekends and events.

Yes! We love inspiration images. While we don't copy other bakers' work exactly, we'll create something beautiful in a similar style. Your vision is our inspiration!

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible. Missed pickups may require rescheduling.

We offer local delivery to Sunbury and surrounding areas including Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Diggers Rest, Bulla, Romsey, and more. (delivery fee applies). If no one is home, we'll attempt to contact you. If we're unable to reach you, your order may be returned for later pickup or redelivery - additional fees may apply. Prefer contactless delivery? Just let us know in advance and ensure there's a safe, shaded spot available for drop-off.

Yes! Most of our baked goods - including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and slices - can be made vegan upon request. We're happy to adjust recipes where possible to suit your dietary needs. Just mention your preferences when ordering and we'll let you know what's available.
